Ms. Sanae El AMRANI is Acting Director of the Ports and Maritime Public Domain Directorate, within the Ministry of Equipment, Transport, Logistics and Water - Kingdom of Morocco.

State Engineer from the Hassania School of Public Works in Casablanca, she has accumulated more than 20 years of professional experience in the port and coastal sector. Her main areas of expertise are related to port and maritime safety and security, protection and valorization of coastal area, planning and financing of port projects.

She participated in several important projects at the Moroccan scale in the port and maritime fields, such as the elaboration of the national port strategy by 2030, the diagnosis of the maritime public domain and the Atlas of marine and coastal potentials in Morocco.
